I’m Jim Crandall, and I specialize in building and maintaining websites, along with some publication design, photography, writing, editing and typesetting. I’ll even help you solve computer problems. If I can’t help, I’ll find someone who can.
I’ve been in the publishing industry for more than 25 years. I started out working on weekly newspapers in the Carson City, Nevada, area. Then I went to work for Nevada Magazine for 10 years, as Associate Editor, then Managing Editor then Art Director. I later was a reporter for the Associated Press in Carson City, covering a session of the Nevada Legislature. My most recent stint was as Chief Operations Officer at the Idyllwild Town Crier for 11 years. My main duties were to design and maintain the website, the newspaper and all related publications, including the Visitor’s Guide, the Homes on the Hill real estate publications, the Idyllwild Wall Calendar, and everything else.
I’m now freelancing, and I specialize in websites and publications, reasonable rates, and fast, friendly service.
Please see my Website Design and Website Tweaks pages for samples of my work and a partial list of clients.
